Enjoy a culinary extravaganza during this 10-day celebration of the Charlotte restaurant scene. From Friday, July 16th through Sunday, July 25th, participating upscale restaurants will offer a delicious three-course, prix fixe dinner menu for only $30 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. From popular favorites to the newest hot spots, it’s a fantastic opportunity to experience the array of dining options Charlotte has to offer and its remarkable chefs.

First course (choice of one):
• Fava Bean & Corn Risotto with Grana Padano
• Mixed Greens with apple, walnuts, blue cheese, bacon and sherry vinaigrette
• Chicken Liver Mousse with onion jam and brioche toast points
Second course (choice of one):
• Short Rib with Aligote potatoes, onion rings and red wine jus
• Trout Amandine with brown butter almond sauce, haricots vert and buttered Yukon Gold potatoes
• Roasted Chicken Breast braised with Provencale artichokes, Yukon Gold potatoes and pistou
Third course (choice of one):
• Dark Chocolate Mousse with Chantilly creme
• Vanilla Bean Crème Brulee
