  • Frequency: Epicurean Charlotte Food & Wine Magazine is published six times per year.  (Jan/Feb, Mar/Apr, May/June, July/Aug, Sept/Oct, Nov/Dec).
  • Web Exposure: All advertisers will receive complementary ad exposure on our website via www.epicureancharlotte.com. We will place each advertiser’s artwork on the website along with a link to their respective website. In addition, we will be regularly updating the content of our website to feature special events and promotions that our advertisers will be holding for the duration of their contract. We will also offer the same exposure via Facebook and Twitter to maximize the social media experience for our readers and increase web exposure for our advertisers. We are currently the only magazine in the Charlotte area to offer this unique perk to advertisers.   • Target Market: Epicurean Charlotte Food & Wine Magazine is oriented toward a well-educated, affluent, upwardly mobile audience in age from 25-60 who frequent the businesses where we distribute our magazine. Our readers comprise a discriminating market with unique tastes, a desire to learn about food and wine, and disposable income. Our reasonable rates will help advertisers reach the people who tend to make informed decisions about where to dine in the Charlotte area, or influence those that do. We are the only publication that specifically caters to food and beverage in the Charlotte area.
  • Distribution: We currently distribute 10,000 print copies of Epicurean Charlotte Food & Wine Magazine throughout the Metropolitan-Charlotte area and that number is growing with each issue. The magazines are currently available at over 300 locations including Charlotte area restaurants, wine bars, wine shops, coffee shops, private clubs, boutique retail shops and other similar businesses. We are also distributed in the area’s better hotels, which should be of particular interest to businesses that cater to out-of-towners. Additional prestigious locations are currently being secured, as well. We have distribution points in every major Charlotte neighborhood including Ballantyne, Southpark, Myers Park, Dilworth, Southend, Uptown, Plaza-Midwood, NoDa, Matthews, Pineville, Davidson and Huntersville.
  • Additional Advertiser Perks: Loyal and multiple-issue advertisers will receive special offers and plug-ins based on the size and frequency of ads placed.
    1. All advertisers will receive a blurb in our ‘Ripe for the Picking’ section. Each piece includes business details (name, website, phone number, address) and a short write-up outlining the concept of the restaurant.
    2. Multiple-issue advertisers will receive priority in our ‘Places to Go, People to See’ (calendar), ‘Wine Picks’ (wine/beer highlights), ‘Local Flavor’ (recipes),‘Through the Grapevine’ (industry gossip) and ‘Scene Around Town’ (local event pictorials) sections.
    3. Multiple-issue advertisers have the to opportunity to receive special write-ups in our magazine at no additional charge. Please contact Linda Seligman at linda@epicureancharlotte.com for details.
    4. Ad placement is not guaranteed, but we do give priority to repeat and multiple-issue advertisers.
  • Advertiser Artwork: We recommend that advertisers supply their own artwork according to our ad sizes and specifications. In the event that an advertisers does not have artwork of their own, we will create an ad for them for a small, one-time fee. Updates made to these ads for subsequent issues will be handled at no charge. In addition, discs of the photographs taken from our photo shoots will be available for purchase by the advertiser to use outside of our magazine.
